Just a quick memo to let you all know I have found a wonderful site for checking backgrounds that has the capablity to check all security requirements. I logged onto a brilliant site and was delighted to learn that it not only looked at personnel but also companies and locations et al. A criminal background check is so central in our line of work that we are not able to afford to let any slips in our security occur. I have utilized the in line background checking tool to scrutinise staff for employment within our company.. We would be very careless not to avail ourselves of this new application and I strongly propose and advocate that anyone working within the company who has any doubts about a contact should use this function immediately before progressing any business. I would certainly recommend that no outside business be moved forward without first testing the background on this site.
I’vesent a copy of the email onto head office for their deliberation of making it the universal methodology within this company for filling in any security concerns that we stumble upon by conducting an online background check when neccesary.
I wholeheartedly advise that you also put forward this service to our prestige clients listings as an further reason for them to stay with us as customers. We can offer them the service at a low-cost rate and we will pick up the difference in the rate. Once they see how successful it is then they will be encouraged to pay for the system for themselves…but we retain the kudos for sending them there.
I would reinforce their necessity for carrying out their own criminal background checks online as a means of ensuring office security. I have re-researched some members of our temporary personnel sent to us from our contacted employment agency and found out that some had slipped through the security gaps that they have in their systems.
I do not really need to tell you that our customer base is a sensitive area and to have it possibly put at risk due to of the sloppiness of another organisation that we are expected to bank on…is too much of a risk that I am no longer willing to take.
Using the comprehensive background check site I will take it upon myself to scrutinise all applicants for posts here and will do so until either the agency gets its collective finger out or we cancel our contract with them and use our own security scanner within the company.
